The Premier Service was introduced in response to requests from clients to provide a more personalised service whether this was being driven by size, premium, customer, intermediary, speed or complexity. The key objective of the service is to provide proactive case management from the second the request is made through to completion of the report and delivery of the results to underwriters. The case manager makes unlimited attempts to contact the client, arrange the appointment, keep the insurer informed and can also liaise with the IFA if required. In addition, the nominated case manager will use their additional knowledge and experience to resolve any issues that arise and speed the case through to a conclusion whilst providing a high quality customer experience. The case manager will also seek and negotiate opportunities to provide ‘emergency’ appointments when these are necessary.
In addition to arranging the medical, the case manager can also organise a chauffeur or taxi service to provide collection / delivery to and from the appointment which many clients find very attractive as it saves them time and trouble and improves the overall customer experience.
