Nurse Tele Interviewers – Stanmore, Middlesex or Stockport

We require Qualified Nurses to collect medical and insurance related information from clients through script based telephone interviews. Ideally you will have a wide range of nursing experience, good knowledge of medication and an excellent telephone manner and a reasonable level of IT literacy is required.

The departmental opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Fridays 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm. A full time nurse will work 37.5 hours per week, typical shifts patterns being  9-6, 12-9, 10-7 (Fridays) and currently 1 in 4 Saturdays. Part-time shifts may be considered.
